Home buying is ALWAYS a major pain in the butt. How long to you have to go to make the 4 yr mark so you can get your money out?
Interesting. Sorry to hear about the frustrations. It sounds like typical government delay tactics. Over here, any money the government owes you goes into a high interest short term account for a month or so to make them some extra coin. Then maybe they get around to sending you your cut. Bastards.
So the warm weather helps the back? Then may you have a glorious long summer. We were tempted to keep the good weather up here in the north but I made ‘em give it back.
