    @Tyecita Meee! Plenty of times. I love my Amex card for this very reason. If you always pay on time and one time miss a payment (totally happened to me!) call them and explain that you’ve been a customer for X years and you always pay on time, but this one time you forgot, etc, I think you have a good chance of having it removed. They want happy customers bc the credit card market is so competitive right now. Good luck! Thanks for watching!

    @Tyecita I have had one late fee removed from a Credit card that was totally NOT my fault. Lets just say never mail payments without a confirmation or certified mail. It may cost a few dollars more but it saves you a whole lot in the long run.
